This User Agreement outlines the terms and conditions that govern your access to and use of the Joxlu mobile application, including all features, content, and services offered within the app. By downloading, installing, or using Joxlu, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all the terms set forth in this agreement.
Joxlu is built with a focus on simplicity, elegance, and user privacy, and we are committed to creating a safe, enjoyable experience for all users. This agreement applies to all users, regardless of whether you are accessing the app for personal, non-commercial use. Please take the time to read this document carefully, as it contains important information about your rights and responsibilities when using Joxlu.
One of the core design principles of Joxlu is to provide a seamless, hassle-free experience for all users. To ensure maximum accessibility and convenience, Joxlu does not require user accounts, login credentials, or personal registration to access and use the full range of app features. You can start organizing your items, managing your book library, tracking your movie watchlist, and viewing your lifestyle dashboard immediately upon installation, without the need to create an account or provide any personal identifying information.
While no account is required, you are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your device and ensuring that only authorized individuals have access to Joxlu on your device. You agree not to share your device access with others in a way that violates this agreement or the rights of other users. Joxlu is designed for personal, non-commercial use only, and you may not use the app for any commercial purposes, including but not limited to selling access to the app, reproducing app content for commercial gain, or using the app to operate a business service.
You also agree not to access, tamper with, or use any non-public areas of the app, Joxlu's server systems, or the technical delivery systems of Joxlu's providers. You may not probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network, or breach any security or authentication measures implemented by Joxlu.
Joxlu offers a comprehensive suite of personal organization tools designed to enhance your daily life, and we ask that you use these features responsibly and in accordance with the following guidelines:
Joxlu reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any feature of the app at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of major feature changes, but we do not guarantee that all features will remain available indefinitely.
All content that you input, upload, store, or share within Joxlu, including but not limited to item details, book reviews, movie insights, and personal notes, is referred to as "User Content". You retain full ownership of all your User Content, and Joxlu does not claim any ownership rights in your personal content.
By using Joxlu, you represent and warrant that:
You are solely responsible for all your User Content, and Joxlu is not liable for any loss, damage, or legal liability arising from your User Content. Joxlu reserves the right to remove any User Content that violates this agreement or applicable laws, at our sole discretion.
All intellectual property rights in and to the Joxlu app, including but not limited to the app design, user interface, graphics, logos, icons, text, software, code, and all other content, are the exclusive property of Joxlu and its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or publicly display any content from Joxlu without the prior written permission of Joxlu.
The Joxlu name, logo, and all related trademarks, service marks, and trade names are the exclusive property of Joxlu. You may not use these marks without the prior written permission of Joxlu. All rights not expressly granted to you in this agreement are reserved by Joxlu.
Joxlu is continuously evolving to provide the best possible user experience. We may release periodic updates, patches, or new versions of the app to improve performance, add new features, fix bugs, or enhance security. These updates may be installed automatically on your device, or you may be prompted to install them manually, depending on your device settings.
You agree to install all necessary updates to ensure that you can continue to use Joxlu properly. Joxlu does not guarantee that the app will function properly on outdated versions of the app or on unsupported devices. We also reserve the right to discontinue support for older versions of the app at any time.
Joxlu may perform scheduled maintenance on the app or its servers, which may temporarily interrupt access to the app. We will make reasonable efforts to schedule maintenance during off-peak hours and minimize any disruption to your use of the app.
Joxlu is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation of the app, the accuracy of the data, or the suitability of the app for your specific needs. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure, or that any defects in the app will be corrected.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Joxlu and its team shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, regardless of the theory of liability.
You acknowledge that you use Joxlu at your own risk, and that Joxlu is not responsible for any damage to your device, data loss, or any other harm resulting from your use of the app.
This agreement is effective from the date you first use Joxlu and remains in effect until you stop using the app. You may terminate this agreement at any time by uninstalling Joxlu from your device and ceasing all use of the app.
Joxlu reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app immediately, without prior notice, if we determine that you have violated this agreement, engaged in illegal activity, or acted in a way that harms Joxlu, its users, or third parties. We also reserve the right to discontinue the app entirely at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.
Upon termination of this agreement, all rights granted to you under this agreement will cease immediately, and you must stop all use of Joxlu.
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Joxlu operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this agreement or your use of Joxlu shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and Joxlu. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitration body.
